QCash lets you send money to someone who does not have a QMoney wallet. The recipient receives a secure code and collects the cash from an authorised QMoney agent.

How it works?

Step 1 — Select QCash

Open QMoney and choose QCash.

Step 2 — Enter the details

Enter the amount and the receiver’s phone number.

Step 3 — Send the code

Complete the service and share the code with the receiver.

Step 4 — Visit an agent

The receiver visits a QMoney agent with a valid ID and code.

Step 5 — Confirm cash out

The receiver shares the code and confirms the OTP sent.

Step 6 — Collect the cash

Once verified, the agent gives the receiver the money.
